This morning, after I dropped Ethan off at school, I headed to Wal-Mart to pick up some groceries. On the way there Jacob was complaining that he was hungry and said, "Let's go to McDonalds! Keaton and Taegon and Andrea will be there!". Last week we met with them for lunch at the McD's by their place. I had to explain to him that they are gone now. That they already moved to Texas. He was very sad and went on to say that he doesn't have any friends here anymore.

How sad, poor little man. I remember how my kids were at that age and think someone will be there if you saw them there before. I know you'll miss your sister. I miss my sister.
We felt like that after Michelle moved to China. Unfortunately - we get used to it. Thank goodness for modern technology that lets us all keep in touch!!
That's so sad :o( But we did have a safe drive, thanks. I will post updates when I have more time.
